About
I'm Sai Nay Lin Thar, a backend developer based in Yangon, Myanmar. I enjoy building systems where the logic is complex and the stakes are real — multi-country payroll rules, data that has to be right, and features used by real companies every day. At Better HR, I recently built the Philippines payroll system from scratch, handling country-specific logic and localization for a new market.
I hold an NCC Level 4 Diploma in Computing from KMD College and studied Mathematics at Dagon University. I'm looking for teams where I can keep growing as an engineer and work on systems that matter.
